二、本单元重点和难点。

(一) 主动语态变被动语态:

1)主动语态变为被动语态的步骤:

(1)将主动句的宾语变为主语,如果主动句的宾语是代词,需变为主格。

(2)将动词改为“be+过去分词”,be与新主语的人称和数一致,时态不变。

(3)将主动语态的主语前加by放在谓语动词后,如果原主语是代词,要变为宾格

They held a meeting yesterday. → A meeting was held(by them)yesterday.

主动变被动可用口诀简单记为: “宾变主,主变宾,时态不变,be过分”。

请把下列不同时态的主动语态句式变成被动语态,体会句型变化规律:

They planted trees every year._____________________________________________________

2) 注意一下有关被动的特殊问题:

(1).含直接宾语和间接宾语的主动语态改为被动语态时有两种情况:把间接宾语改为被动语态的主语,直接宾语仍保留原位;把直接宾语改为主动语态的主语,此时,间接宾语前要加介词to或 for。如: ①He gave the boy an apple.→The boy was given an apple.(或An apple was given to the boy.)

②Her father bought her a present.→She was bought a present by her father.(或A present was bought for her by her father.)

练习:(1)He will pass me the book to me._____________________________________

(2)不带to的动词不定式作宾语补足语的主动语态(主要为make sb.do sth. 和see/ find/ watch/ hear sb. do sth.两种结构),改为被动语态时不定式前要加to。

如: They watched the children sing that morning.→The children were watched to sing that morning 练习:I heard him sing a song(改为被动)_______________________________________

(3)短语动词是不可分割的整体,改为被动语态时要保持其完整性,介词或副词不可遗漏。如:We must take good care of the young trees.→The young trees must be taken good care of.

(4)feel,look,sound,taste,smell等由实意动词演变而来的系动词,后接形容词作表语,不可用被动语态。如: You're looking very unhappy你看来很不高兴。

The soup tastes wonderful.这汤味道好极了。 Those flowers smell beautiful.那些玫瑰好闻极了。

(二)关注一下中考常考的连词短语:

① both…and… …和…两者都(连接主语时,谓语动词用复数)

② not only…but also… 不但…而且…(连接主语时,谓语动词用就近原则)

③ neither…nor… 既不…也不…, 两者都不(连接主语时,谓语动词用就近原则)

④ either…or… 要么…要么… (连接主语时,谓语动词用就近原则)

对比翻译下列句子: ①他和我都对打篮球感兴趣。____________________________________________ ②不仅他而且我也对打篮球感兴趣。____________________________________________________ ③ 我和他对打篮球都不感兴趣。______________________________________________________ ④ 我们两人只有一个对打篮球感兴趣。____________________________________________
