一、Teaching and Learning Goals:

In this class, we learn the vocabularies: prefer; lyric; gentle, and understand the grammar: The Attributive Clause--- I prefer music that has great lyrics. Train students to express preferences and improve listening skills. Let students enjoy music and the movies and believe that they can bring them happiness. 教学反思:

亮点:1.小组合作竞争机制贯穿整堂课。全班64人分成8组,组内编号1—8号,每组1-8

号水平相当,尽量做到公正公平。课堂中采用小组合作竞争的评价机制,充分调动学生的积极性,同时对学生适时给予鼓励和肯定,让学生能感受到学中玩、玩中学的乐趣。

2.对所学内容采用当堂检测原则。本课所学单词和短语相对不是太多,绝大多数学生能当堂记住。练习题就是对本课所学知识的巩固训练及当堂检测,少而精的练习,要求不同层次的学生限时完成,有效提高了不同层次的学生的学习效率。

2. 利用多媒体课件在英语教学过程中创设一定的语言情景,学生感觉就像置身于一种真

实的语言环境中。贴近学生的实际,就能使学生自然而然地使用所学习的知识来表达他们的思想感情,真正达到学以致用的良好效果。

3. 关注语法学习的生活化和趣味性,让学生不断体验、感悟、发现、探究、最后总结出

语法知识。在具体语境中让学生理解语法-定语从句的意义和用法,这样可以体现对学生的人文关怀。正所谓:“告诉我,我会忘记;让我看到,我可能会不记得;但让我体验,就成了我的”。

不足之处:1.对于农村中学生来说,本堂课内容稍微有点多,但是如果课下预习的好的话

应该能完成任务。

2、学生对英语学习缺乏自信心和学习动力;在英语课堂上不积极参与,缺少主动发言

的热情或根本不愿意发言.

3、学生对英语课堂知识的掌握不实在、理解不全面,课外花的时间又少之又少,从来

不做除了课本外的练习。英语学习缺乏主动性是目前中学生普遍存在的问题。.

使用建议:1.小组竞争机制贯穿整堂课,64人分成8组,组内编号1—8号,每组1-8

号水平相当,做到公平公正的原则,采取小组合作,互帮互助共同进步的原

则,培养学生的集体荣誉感,进行小组自评,小组竞争,同号竞争的办法来

提高学生的积极性。

2.在英语学习的起始阶段,要尽可能放慢速度,多找英语基础较弱的学生去

回答问题,注意2人或4人小组合作或帮扶学习的使用,以加大检查力度,

增大学生的活动力度。

教学反思:通过今天这堂课,针对我们班级学生的特殊性,我总结反思

了一下问题:

1、学生对英语学习缺乏自信心和学习动力;在英语课堂上不积极参与,缺少主动发言的热情或根本不愿意发言

2、 学生对英语课堂知识的掌握不实在、理解不全面,课外花的时间又少之又少,从来不做除了课本外的练习。英语学习缺乏主动性。.

针对以上问题,我认为以后可以从以下几个方面进行提高:

一、在教学的设计中要充分为学而教,以学生如何有效获取知识,提高能力的标准来设计教学。在上课之前实际上花费的时间越多,课堂效果会越好的,这个我本身有深刻的体会。特别是我们教学法上的一些有趣的教学方法让他们感觉很有趣,也乐意配合。

二、多鼓励学生开口说英语,并能及时地表扬他们。我在上课的时候会尽量给他们pairwork的机会和时间。也会让他们表演,刚开始很少有人愿意上来,但是经过带动和一段时间的磨合,他们已经很喜欢这个环节了。

三、在学习过程中,还要采取一些必要的措施来巩固和增强效果。如做到:

(一)根据学内容,布置适量的有层次的练习;(二)进行阶段性测试,对试卷进行评分登记,鼓励好的,表扬进步的。以充分调动学生的学习积极性和自觉性。.

亮点:课堂中采用小组合作竞争的评价机制,充分调动学生的积极性,同时对学生计时给予鼓励和肯定,让学生能感受到学中玩、玩中学的乐趣,课堂评价无处不在,哪怕一个微笑,一个手势,一个眼神,对学生都能起到激励作用,同时采用当堂达标原则,单词能当堂记忆,练习题采用互帮互助方式,让学生感到即能学会,感到不难,又不失兴趣。

不足之处:对于农村中学生来说,本堂课内容稍微有点多,但是如果课下预习的好的话应该能完成任务。

教后小结: 本节课通过图片能够清晰地让学生领会到这个图片要表达的意思,近而激发了他们用英语表达想法的积极性,在其中也包含了通过汉语拼音对比等方法记忆单词的使用(亮点)。由于学生层次的差异,有些有英语基础的学生可能见到图片后能很容易地知道其英文意思,而对于基础较差的学生可能是个打击(不足)

使用建议:在英语学习的起始阶段,要尽可能放慢速度,多找英语基础较弱的学生去回答问题,注意2人或4人小组合作或帮扶学习的使用,以加大检查力度,增大学生的活动力度。

定语从句的含义:在复合句中作定语,修饰主句中的名词或代词的从句叫定语

从句。

先行词:被定语从句修饰的词叫先行词。

关系词:引导定语从句的词叫关系词(引导词),分为关系代词和关系副词两

种。关系代词有that, which, who等;关系副词有where, when, why等。关系

词起连接作用,在定语从句中充当一定的成分,位于先行词和定语从句之间。

本单元主要学习由关系代词引导的定语从句。关系代词在从句中作主语或宾

语,作主语时,关系词不能省去,作宾语时,关系词可省去。

(1)知识目标:

三、教法学法

1、学情分析

新课程标准规定,通过听、说、读、写的训练,使学生获得英语基础知识和

初步运用英语进行交际的能力,激发学生的学习兴趣,为进一步的学习打基础。

此外,根据我国国情及新课程标准的要求,现阶段英语教学的素质主要包括思想

素质教育,潜在英语能力的培养,非智力因素的培养等几个方面。而我们班的学

生本身英语基础不太好,部分学生已经对英语失去了信心,还有一部分学生觉得

英语越来越难,渐渐力不从心了,不感兴趣了,上课注意力也不集中了。针对这

种情况,备课时要增加趣味性,以此来提高学生对英语的学习兴趣。.

2.教学方法

本节课采取“任务型”教学法。初中英语新课程理念中说,使用“任务型”

的教学,能让学习者在实施任务的过程中有更多的机会去接触可理解的语言输

入,有更多的机会以口头或笔头的形式去进行语言交际,由此产生更多的语言互

动或磋商性的活动,最终将促进他们更好更快地学习语言。因此根据本节课内容,安排合适的任务,让学生在完成任务的过程中达到本节课所拟定的目标。根据英语“课标”的要求,课程要从学生的学习兴趣、生活经验和认知水平出发,因此,我将在教学中采用多媒体辅助教学、任务型教学模式,结合听说法等。.

(1).听录音。 听录音是英语学习的重要方法,也是课堂教学的重要步骤。在听听力的同时完成相应的短文填空任务,和判断。

(2).直观法 看电影片段和观看图片以及听音乐激发学生的学习兴趣。

(3).速读法:让学生快速阅读,以尽快了解文章大意。并完成3b任务。

(4).齐读法:让学生大声朗读课文培养语感,并加强学生间的合作。.

(5).快乐教学法:多媒体辅助教学,激发学生兴趣,活跃课堂气氛,从而优化英语教学过程。让老师教得开心,学生学得开心。

(6).自主加分层次教学。让学生以小组形式讨论并解决课文中出现的重难点短语,并记在积累本上。任务型听力中设置了简单与难度的题型。最后针对对重点短语设计一些分层次的题。.

3.学习方法

我所采用的教法有助于学生掌握如下学法:

(1). 养成听的习惯。学生要认真听听力材料,以便完成相应的任务以提高听力能力。通过听课文录音,准确掌握单词发音,也有助于对课文的理解。

(2).及时巩固,反复记忆。教师在课堂上所讲到的语言难点,学生应及时整理,再次认识并积极使用。对前面已学过的课文,学生要有安排地经常复习,否则常常是学了新的,忘了旧的。.

(3).积极操练,重在口头。

(4).让学生自主学习,通过小组讨论解决课文中的重难点知识。

(5).兴趣培养,发展学生。倡导任务型的教学模式,让学生在教师的指导下,通过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作等方式,实现任务的目标,感受成功。在学习过程中进行情感和策略调整,以形成积极的学习态度,促进语言实际运用能力的提高。.

四、教学过程

(一)准备阶段

我要准备的工作是备好课,制好课件。学生要做的准备工作是查找喜欢的音乐、歌手,并思考为什么。使学生在预习中就掌握了大量的信息,具备了相应的选择能力和重组能力,这也恰恰是新课程标准的要求。

(二)课堂教学过程

整个教学过程分为以下几个步骤:激趣导入 ,齐声朗读 ,创设情景 ,理解课文,合作学习 ,巩固迁移,写作操练 ,当堂练习,内容小结 ,布置作业。.

Step1:Leading in激趣导入

教师和学生进行简单的问候,如:Ss: good morning, teacher!

T: good morning, class! How are you 等

通过播放幻灯片让学生进行自由对话练习以复习以前的知识。由此导入新课。

如上节课的内容为,要求大家用定语从句来表达自己在band, book, movie等方面的喜好,今天就给大家介绍别人在movie和band等方面的一些喜好,供大家学习。.

Step2:齐读。

让学生齐声朗读词汇表上本课即将涉及到的词汇(教授新词汇的工作可提前完成,例如在早读时间。)

Step3:创设情景.

给学生播放一段黄河渔夫的电影片段以此来激起他们学习本段文章的兴趣。我可以说些简单的英语导入文章。例如:now let’s enjoy a short movie.Have you ever seen this movie?This is a latest movie form Hong Tao.do you like it? Now let’s look at the author’s reviews of it.在大屏幕上把这篇文章给放出来,把重点词语以填空的形式出现,让同学们认真听完听力后完成。这样既突出了重点又能使同学们的听力能力得到提高。然后找同学填空,这个时候可以采用适当的抢答。以此达到课堂上的活跃气氛。.

然后再让同学们欣赏一些漂亮的图片,这些图片都是来自于Amy Kim的。以此来激起同学们对第二段文章的学习兴趣。我可以用英语导入,例如:do you like photography? Now let’s enjoy some beautiful photos that are from Amy Kim. She is a very famous photographer.这段同样采用的是通过听力完成大屏幕上缺少的重点词汇与短语。因为第一段和第二段中的重点短语与词汇多所以我采用这种听力填空形式来突出重点从而使同学们记忆深刻。加深印象。然后找同学完成填空。以上两段的任务型听力不是很难,只要同学们认真听基本都能听懂并完成填空。.

然后师生互动交流,以音乐为话题展开对话do you like music? Or what kind of music do you like? I like music that is loud and wild. Now let’s listen to a Song from a musical group named Wild and Windy.然后给同学们放一段来自于Wild and Windy 的音乐。通过播放音乐提高学生们的学习兴趣。然后让同学们进行任务型听力。.总共设置了四道判断题。这种题型难度很大,要求同学们必须听明白这一短文才能做得出来。这道题是给素质高的同学设置的。这正好体现了我们学校的分层次教学。.

Step4:任务型快速阅读(默读课文,理解课文,培养语感)

要求大家快速阅读三篇小评论完成3b内容然后展示给大家一个表格,用单独提问的方式来完成表格。并给予评价。用这种方法提高学生的阅读速度理解能力。.

Step5:合作学习

让学生Find difficult points. Discuss them in groups, if you can’t solve by yourselves, please ask the teacher for help.通过这个环节可以让同学们通过自主合作学习体会其中的喜悦。每位同学都预习了这篇文章其中一定有不会的知识点和不好翻译的句子,让他们通过小组合作讨论的形式解决这些问题。如果解决不了的可以咨询老师以供大家分享。这个时候可能需要一些板书。可能需要给同学们翻译一些重难点的句子。此时,可运用各种醒目的符号及线条在幻灯片上表示出课文中出现的重难点词汇和句子,例如:1. over the years: “这些年来”常用在现在完成时的句子中,作状语。用了分析句子解释的方法。

2. She really has something for everyone: 每个人的确能从她的作品中领悟到一些东西。用了翻译的方法3. these are musicians who make us happy: who在这个定语从句中做主语。这是在复习前面的知识,让大家再次巩固旧内容。.

Step6:巩固和迁移

在时间允许的情况下,让同学们一边听听力一边大声阅读文章试着去模仿发音,使学生对文章有一个整体的把握。

Step7:写作操练:

通过学完这三篇评论,同学们对如何评论自己的喜好也有了一定的认识。让同学们用已学过的英语知识写曾经看过一本书的评论,可以给出一个例子,例如Harry Potter。并让一名同学到黑板前写。完成后给出适当的评价。.

Step8.堂堂清练习:

这部分练习总共就设置了5道针对课文重要知识点的题。分为A类题和B类题,A类题由基础好的同学答,B类题由基础普通的同学回答。

本课的主要内容是让学生们通过学习别人的三篇评论,来学会用英语表达自己对某一件事物的喜好,也就是评价。本课所学习的重点词汇有: on display, , be sure to do something, over the years, best-known。希望同学们课后能多读,多写,熟练掌握这些词汇和短语。.

Step10:作业布置:

教学效果

通过本单元的学习,不仅能使学生学会本单元的功能句,而且通过创设情境调动学生的积极性和自主性,使学生敢于用英语交流和表达,学习中遇到困难,愿意主动向他人请教,并有较强的合作精神,使学生进一步体会到英语学习的快乐与成就。

五:教后反思

通过今天这堂课,针对我们班级学生的特殊性,我总结反思了一下问题:

1、学生对英语学习缺乏自信心和学习动力;在英语课堂上不积极参与,缺少主动发言的热情或根本不愿意发言

2、 学生对英语课堂知识的掌握不实在、理解不全面,课外花的时间又少之又少,从来不做除了课本外的练习。英语学习缺乏主动性。.

针对以上问题,我认为以后可以从以下几个方面进行提高:

一、在教学的设计中要充分为学而教,以学生如何有效获取知识,提高能力的标准来设计教学。在上课之前实际上花费的时间越多,课堂效果会越好的,这个我本身有深刻的体会。特别是我们教学法上的一些有趣的教学方法让他们感觉很有趣,也乐意配合。

二、多鼓励学生开口说英语,并能及时地表扬他们。我在上课的时候会尽量给他们pairwork的机会和时间。也会让他们表演,刚开始很少有人愿意上来,但是经过带动和一段时间的磨合,他们已经很喜欢这个环节了。

三、在学习过程中,还要采取一些必要的措施来巩固和增强效果。如做到:

(一)根据学内容,布置适量的有层次的练习;(二)进行阶段性测试,对试卷进行评分登记,鼓励好的,表扬进步的。以充分调动学生的学习积极性和自觉性。. Unit 6 I like music that I can dance to The 1st Period

Step Ⅰ Revision

(1) Invite different pairs of students to say the conversations learned in preceding classes with books closed.

(2)Check the answers to the exercises of the workbook by asking different students to say their answers to the Class.

(3) Dictate some of the key vocabulary words presented in units 1~5.

This activity introduces the key vocabulary and trains the students to express preferences with the relative clause.

Write?that are red on the blackboard.

Point to it and say a sentence with it, I like flowers that are red. Ask who can make another sentence with it. They may say, I like gloves that are red. I like shoes that are red. Write another phrase on the blackboard, ?that is big. Help the students to make sentences with it.

Play the tapes of different kinds of music for the students, only a short piece of each tape. Say, I like music that makes me relaxed. Write these four groups of words on the blackboard,?that has great lyrics,?that I can sing along with,?that isn’t too loud, ?that I can dance to. Tell the students lyrics means the contents of the songs. Ask the students, What kind of music do you like?

Say, You can answer with I like music?, I love music?, I prefer music? Explain prefer=like?better to them. Get one of the children to answer the question, then let this child ask the one next to him/her the same question. Set off a chain drill.

Ask the students to open their textbooks now. Read the instructions of Activity 1a to the students. Make sure they understand everything.

First have them look at the pictures and circle the sentences they agree with. Read each sentence to the class and ask the students to raise their hands to see if they agree. Make a survey to find out how the class feels about each item. Discuss the result of the survey with the class.

Get the students to complete the sentence to tell what kind of music they enjoy. Ask some of the students to share their sentences. Write any new words or phrases on the board to help them if necessary.

Step Ⅲ 1b

Say, we will hear Tony and Betty talking about the kinds of music each one likes.

Let’s see the instructions first. Read the instructions to the students. Tell them to tick (√) the right statements while they are listening. Read the three headings before playing the tape.

Play the tape the first time and the students only listen. Then play it for a second time. The students tick in the right answer boxes.

教学反思:

亮点:课堂中采用小组合作竞争的评价机制,充分调动学生的积极性,同时对学生计时给予鼓励和肯定,让学生能感受到学中玩、玩中学的乐趣,课堂评价无处不在,哪怕一个微笑,一个手势,一个眼神,对学生都能起到激励作用,同时采用当堂达标原则,单词能当堂记忆,练习题采用互帮互助方式,让学生感到即能学会,感到不难,又不失兴趣。

不足之处:对于农村中学生来说,本堂课内容稍微有点多,但是如果课下预习的好的话应该能完成任务。

使用建议:小组竞争机制贯穿整堂课,30人分成5组,组内编号1—6号,每组1-6号水平相当,做到公平公正的原则,采取小组合作,互帮互助共同进步的原则,培养学生的集体荣誉感,进行小组自评,小组竞争,同号竞争的办法来提高学生的积极性。
