◆课堂导学:

一、词句解释:

1.prefer v.更喜爱,更喜欢,相当于like……better,其过去式、过去分词为preferred,常用于以下结构:

(1)prefer+名词、代词I preferred music. Which do you prefer?

(2)prefer+动词不定式“宁愿干……”She prefers to live among the working people.

(3) prefer+v-ing I prefer living abroad.

(4)prefer+动词不定式复合结构:

常见的搭配有:

① prefer……to……喜欢……而不喜欢……(to为介词)

She prefers apples to bananas.

② prefer doing to doing(to为介词)

He prefers running to walking.

③ prefer to do …… rather than do sth.宁愿干……而不愿干……

They prefer to play games rather than watch TV.

2.gentle:①轻柔,温和(往往指音乐、嗓音或风)

②温柔的,文雅的(往往指人的性格)

3.remind……of……使某人回想起或意识到某人、某事

She reminded me of her sister.

The pictures remind me of my school days.

4.表示“也”的用法:

also 用在句中,too 用在句末,as well 多用于口语,用在句末,这三个表达都用在肯定句。either “也” 用在否定句尾

5. What do you think of …?

=How do you like…?

6.as 的用法:

①用作连词“按照”

Please do it again as I told you.

②连词,当……的时候,着重强调两个动词同时发生

She sang as she worked.

③ 表示原因,“因为,由于”比较口语化,语气也较弱,所表示的原因比较明显。

As I didn’t know the way, I asked the policeman.

④as…as… 和……一样

7.over the years多年来 ,往往与现在完成时连用

8.though 不做副词“可是,不过,然而”放在句尾

◆PartⅡ教学步骤 : 第一课时

【引入】Questions: 1. What kind of music do you know? 2. What kind of music do you like? why?完成课本练习1A并与同学讨论分享自己的观点。

【基础听力训练及口语训练】

1. 完成2A的听力任务填空,然后针对听力内容,小组讨论完成2C。

2. 学习出现的新句型。跟读磁带,熟读听力内容。

3. 运用所学句型与同学一起讨论自己喜欢的音乐。

第二课时

【阅读拓展】

1. 以小组为单位完成3a的阅读任务。2.朗读全文并且小组讨论全文重要知识点。3.学生讲

解重要知识点。4.完成3b .引导学生做对话练习,结合以前的知识做综合对话练习。

【口语运用】

以4提供的信息进行口语运用的训练。

作业:完成相应课时优化的课时作业以及课文背诵;听磁带。

一、词句解释:

1. It does have a few good features, though. 然而它的确有些优点。

1)does 在句子中表示强调, 意思是“真的, 的确”。

如果省略, 原句可写成 :It has a few good features, though.

e.g.:As you know, I do like that car very much. 如你所知, 我真的喜欢那辆小车

2)though a.可作副词,用于口语中,意思是 “尽管如此, 然而”。

eg:I expect you’re right -- I’ll ask him, though.我认为你说得对 -- 我去问问他

She promised to phone. I heard nothing, though. 她答应要打电话来, 但我没听到回信。 b.作连词,与although同义,意思是“虽然, 尽管”, 放在句首或句中,一定不能与but连用。She won the first prize, though none of us had expected it.她得了头奖, 虽然这事我们都没想到。

2. be sure to do sth. 肯定要做某事的;一定要做某事的

e.g.: It is sure to rain. 肯定要下雨。

You’re sure to fail if you do it that way. 如果你那么做肯定要失败的。

Be sure to write and tell me all your news. 务必来信告诉我你的消息。

3. Whatever you do, don’t miss this exhibition . 无论你做什么,都不要错过这场展览。 仔细听老师解释whatever,however,whoever,whenever,whichever,wherever的用法。 ◆PartⅡ教学步骤 : 第一课时

【引入】Questions: 1. What’s your favorite band? 2. What’s your favorite book?

Part I 学习目标:

1.Key words: sweet, taste, actually, fry, mainly, itself, laboratory, type, cancer, barbecue, increase, risk, biscuit, main, vegetarian, shock

2.Key phrase: to be honest, be bad for, stay away from, be in agreement, the risk of, be shocked by

3. Key sentences: I prefer to drink water. I prefer not to eat too much food that’s fried.

I think most people are in agreement that fruit and vegetables are good for health.

Part II 能力目标: 了解英语口语中的一些习惯用法,比如反义疑问句,简略形式,感叹等。

Part III 课堂导学:

1.stay/keep away from sb/sth 离开;不接近… 2. the risk of …的风险

3. taste/smell/feel+形容词,系动用法

Part IV 教学步骤

Reading: I only eat food that tastes good.

Before you read, go over the vocabulary list for reading on page150. Try to make a story out some of the words listed.

While you read,

1. Discuss the food the students like and the reason.

2. Discuss two diets. Which one is healthier?

3. Read for the first time and answer the questions about the three persons

1). How many persons are there in the conversation?

2). What are they talking about?

3). What food and drink are mentioned in their conversation?

4. Finish3b finding out the three persons’ ideas.

学生分组自学,然后由学生分享自学成果老师补充。

5.Talk about the students’ ideas about their recipe.

After you read, Finish 3a find all the language that is only used when speaking.
