How to keep healthy
Hello, everyone! Now I will give you some advice about how to keep healthy.
First, never eat unhealthy food. Eating too much hot food and fast food is bad for our health. We should eat more fruit and vegetables. You'd better drink more boiled water.
Second, do more exercise. Exercising can keep us active all day. It’s good for our study. The more exercise , the better.
Third, keep your room clean and keep the air fresh all the time, or we’ll get sick easily. Stay away from crowded places.
If you do these, you’ll be healthy.
Wednesday, October 30th Sunny Last week our school held a sports meet. Everyone in our class felt very excited because we won. In the boys’ relay race, Michael ran very fast and our class won first place. Yu Ting is good at the long jump and she also won. We are sorry that we did badly 1
in the high jump, but we’re sure we will do better next time.
I took part in the boys’ 400-meter race. I did my best and was the first to cross the finish line. Now I love sports more. I want to be a soccer player. I will do more exercise every day and I hope some day I’ll be able to take part in the Olympic Games.
C. My dream
Everyone has his dream. My dream is to be a famous journalist in the future. When I grow up, I'm going to be a journalist. Next year, I'm going to write articles for magazines and newspapers. I'm going to a university in Beijing after senior school. Maybe I'm going to find a part-time job and save some money. Next, I'm going to work for a TV station as a journalist. Then I'm going to travel all over the world. I hope my dream can come true.
