What is SoC
?系统单芯片(System-on-Chip, SoC,其他译名有芯片系统、系统级芯片、片上 系统)现在的cpu,不是简单的运算器、控制器和寄存器组成。添加了部份的电 路(usb/定时器/数模/lcd/uart等等寄存器),放入一颗芯片内。这颗芯片? 通常会 包含数字电路,模拟电路,混合信号及射频电路等等在内。

MBIST Concept
? MBIST (Memory Built-in Self Test) ? Embedded memory is one of the most universal block in a SoC. ? Embedded memory testing is a more and more difficult problem (I/O pins limited). ? Build-In Self Test (BIST) is considered as the best solution.
