语音:了解和掌握双元音音标/IE/ /eE/和辅音音标/S/,并能够拼读含有这些音标的单

词汇:四会单词sheep, where, there, near, here, chair,要求能听懂,会说,会读,会

写,三会单词Mary, pear,要求能听懂,会说,会读即可

难点:双元音音标/IE/ /eE/的发音要领。

四、教学步骤(Teaching steps)

(一) 热身/复习(Warmming up/Revision)

1. 复习上节课所学双元音音标/IE/ /eE/, 教师让学生拼读含有此音标的单词,并让学生说出哪些字母或字母组合发此音。

T: Class begins, my children. We know there are seven diphthongs in the phonetics, they are /eI/ /aI/ /EH/ /aH/ /IE/ /eE/ /CI/. We’ve learned /eI/ /aI/ /EH/ /aH/. Now can you give me some words? For example, cake, “a” is pronounced as /eI/. Play, “ay” is pronounced as /eI/.

2. Now let’s have a revision of /EH/ and /aH/. Please look at these words. Read them one by one.

OK. There are seven diphthongs behind the rabbits. Tell me what it is.教师让学生猜兔子后面藏有哪个双元音音标,教师一个一个点击,学生看到后马上读出。或者做游戏“猜音标”,学生在没看到后面的音标时做自己的猜测并大声说出来,教师亮出答案后,猜中的学生高呼Bingo!全体同学读出此音标。

教师由此引出双元音的发音特点,是由两个短元音相拼而成的,发音时前长后短,前重后轻,前清晰后模糊,由前向后滑动。

(二) 呈现新课 (Presentation)

1. 讲解/IE/:

Today we’ll learn the next two diphthongs. First, look at me and listen to me, /IE/, 教师强调发音规则,发/IE/时是从/I/到/E/滑动,牙床从全合到半开,喉肌肉松弛,口形由小到大;教师带领学生模仿发音。

2. 学习单词

Here are the phonetics of some words, 教师出示音标/hIE/, /nIE/让学生进行拼读。待学生读正确,教师将单词出示。

You see, in the word hear, e-a-r is pronounced as /IE/. In the word near, e-a-r is pronounced as /IE/. So we know, the monogram “ear” is pronounced as /IE/. But what’s the meaning? What? I can’t hear. 教师用右手放在耳朵旁边,做出很难

听到的动作。near, 教师指着近处,表示“在附近” 然后教师出示音标/kA:nt/,让学生自己拼读,然后, 教师用肢体语言将其汉语意思传达给学生。学习音标/S/,可先复习音素sh,然后用fish, ship等词引入。

Now, in Chinese, or in Hanyu Pinyin, sh is pronounced as … In English, it’s very similar, /S/, read after me, /S//S//S/(让学生跟读)We’ve learned fish, ship, sh /S/.

How to remember the words? 给出句子:I can’t hear. The sheep is not here. 我听不见。羊不在附近。

学习下一个双元音音标:

发/IE/时是从/I/到/E/滑动,牙床从全合到半开,喉肌肉松弛,口形由小到大;再板书/eE/,先示范读,再讲授其发音方法:发/eE/时,从/e/到/E/滑动,双唇中常,牙床从开三分之二到半开,喉肌肉不紧张。

教师出示音标: /tSeE/ /weE/ /peE/ /DeE/ /?meErI/,让学生根据音标拼读,然后出示单词:chair, where, pear, there, Mary。

由此可见,air, ere, ear, a字母组合发/eE/。

How to remember the words? 给出句子:Where is Mary? There! With a pear on the chair. 让学生反复拼读单词,并分组、逐个进行操练。

(三)操练 (Practice)

1. Here are some words: Mary, where, here, near, pear and chair. Tell me which contains /eE/, which contains /IE/? 教师引导学生将单词按发音分组。

2. So many words are waiting for you. If you can read them, they will be happy. 教师引导学生拼读更多的含有本课所学音标的单词:
