五、几个问题的个人思考
? 游戏活动要收放有度,要有目的性、有组织性,而不是盲 目地为了热闹;
? 情境创设要贯穿始终,不能虎头蛇尾; ? 三、四年级的Story time和Cartoon time既是故事教学更是 情景对话,可以适当训练学生的阅读能力,更应着力于朗 读指导和口语交际; ? 新教材在Fun time和Cartoon time等板块极尽渲染趣味性, 这些板块的教学就应该充分体现它们地趣味性,而不是走 过场。

? 站上讲台的教师,是合格教师;站稳讲台的教师,是骨干 教师;站好讲台的教师,是专家型教师。 ? 这几种比喻很值得我们教师欣赏:教师是“介绍人”,介 绍学生与学习相依相恋;教师是“打火机”,将学生的学 习热情和智慧火把迅速点燃;教师是“领头羊”,引领学 生走进知识的茫茫草原;教师是“味精”,将学生的学习 变成色香味俱全的美味大餐。
