在小学英语课堂上，兴趣是最好的老师。教师若能给学生创造一个良好的语言环境，营造一种氛围，学生就会非常主动地去说话，在情境中练习。在本课导入设计上，我先用多媒体呈现学校的“六一汇演”剪辑，让学生边看边感受和复习了 “School show”的内容。接着一张海报的出现吸引了孩子们的注意力，今天和海报日期的不同给孩子对于理解和表达将来时作了很好的铺垫。海报的日期是“三八妇女节”为了表示对对广大妇女的热爱，学校要在三月八日举行一场表演，我们打算做些什么事呢？在这种情况下导入本课的句型：“What are you going to do? I’m going to _______.学生们非常感兴趣。
本课有两个对话练习：A: What are you going to do? I’m going to ______. B: Are you going to ____? Yes, I am. /No, I’m going to ______.如果单纯的句型操练很容易使学生感觉到枯燥无味。而我以一个个小任务来组织教学效果就不一样了。在基本句型孩子会说时，我给学生们一个任务，在准备三八节表演前有一节活动课。我们来制定活动课的计划，每个人要定出自己的打算。我把孩子们分成五组，每组有一个头，头负责采访，每位同学说出自己的计划，头把他们的计划粘贴到总的活动计划表中。第二个任务给学生们表格，让每位同学可以下位去访问五位同学，用第二个句型“Are you going to ____?Yes, I am/ No, I’m going to___.回答同学必须按照自己定出的计划来给出答案。最后一个任务找出与自己执行同一个计划的其他同学。同时操练， 加上了任务， 就是真正的交际活动，这是英语课的最终目的。

3. Encourage the Ss to communicate with his friend or his family in English.
Ⅲ.Emotion aims :
1. Improve the students’ ability of cooperation in their groups.
2. Give a surprising to their mothers on Women’s Day.
3. Enable Ss to use actively what they have learnt in their daily communication
Teaching key points:
Students can make sentences using “What are you going to do? I’m going to_______. Are you going to_____? Yes, I am. / No. I’m going to______. ’’
Teaching difficult points:
How to use these sentences in their free talk: “What are you going to do? I’m going to_______. Are you going to_____? Yes, I am. / No. I’m going to______. ’’
Teaching Method: Task-based,
1. Multi-media CAI, many pictures of activities.
2. Each student has four pictures and a piece of table.

2.Review of word phrases
Presenting some pictures, students say it together, such as make a poster, make a puppet, play the piano and so on
Use multi-media demonstrate a school show. When students watch the video, Teacher will explain like this: “ The headmaster is making a speech. Boys and girls are dancing. Boys and girls are playing the instruments. Boys and girls are making an English play.
T：Now, look at the screen. What ′s this?（demonstrate a poster of school show）
T: What’s the date today?
T: What’s the date of the poster?
T: What holiday is on March 8th?
T: I have read the poster. It says there is going to be a school show for Women’s Day. Do you want to take part in?
T: Now, we have many things to do .I’m going to make a puppet. What are you going to do? (Teacher will write these sentences in the blackboard when teacher says.)
T: Can you guess what the dialog’s Chinese meaning is?
1. Play the tape. Ss don’t read. Ss listen and point to the sentences.
Play the tape again and ask Ss to repeat. Ss point and repeat loudly
2.In pairs, have Ss role-play the characters in the picture ( For example: I’m going to make a speech, I’m going to play the piano.) Step3.Practice
T: This afternoon we’ll have activities class for Women’s Day, but we must make a plan first. Now every student has four pictures of different activities, then I divide you into several groups, five students in a group. One is the head can ask question: “What are you going to do? The other student can choose one activity that he is going to do and answer: “ I’m going to _______. At last, the head puts their pictures on the right place of the blackboard.
T: First teacher makes a model, then students start to interview.
1.Now, look at the blackboard and ask two students according the table. T: Are you going to_________?
T: Are you going to________?
2.Teacher explains the meaning of the dialogs.
1. Listen to the tape and repeat following the tape.
2. Practice in pairs.
3. Interview five students.
1. Play a game.
“Finding friends” One student takes one picture that he’s going to do, then he asks another student：“ Are you going to ____? If he says “Yes, I am.” S: “We are friends.”
2. Sing the song together. “What are you going to do?”
Fold the paper, draw a line, color the paper, cut the paper.
