Module6情况分析

一、教材分析:

本课围绕学生喜欢的“体育项目”这一主题,引出相关的动词及动词短语,学习如何表扬、评价、肯定与鼓励他人。主要语言结构为:You can jump really high. You were very good at basketball. You can catch the ball well. Lingling is a fantastic goalkeeper.

二、教学目标:

1、使学生理解并掌握can的意义及陈述与疑问用法。

2、能运用所学单词、句型进行交流。

3、能以较高的热情参与教学活动,保持较高的学习兴趣。

4、用各种可以调动学生积极性的活动来提高学生的活跃性,激发他们参与讨论的热情。

5、培养学生的团体合作精神和竞争意识,对增强体质运动的正确认识。

三、教学重点和难点:

1、can在陈述句和一般疑问句中的用法。

2、catch the ball, jump high, control the ball, run fast,fantastic goalkeeper等与运动有关的短语。

四、教具准备

1.录音机和相关的录音带

2.动词短语的教学卡片和教学图片。

3.小黑板

第一课时

Unit 1 You can play football well.

一、教学目标:

1、通过学习,能够牢固掌握catch the ball, jump high, control the ball, run fast,fantastic goalkeeper等与运动有关的短语

2、学会使用恰当的句型来评价他人,如:You can jump really high. You can catch the ball well 等。在小组合作学习中,使学生具备正确评价自己和评价他人的能力。

3、通过学习,培养学生学会欣赏和鼓励他人的良好品质。

二、教学重难点:

1、words: team, well, badly, control, catch, be good at

2、languages: Can you?? I can ? well. I ?badly.

3、正确运用 badly , well评价自己和别人的表现。

4、can在陈述句和一般疑问句中的用法

三、课前准备

1、教师准备本课时所需的单词卡。

2、教师准备录音机和录音带。

3、教师准备本单元的挂图。

四、教学过程:

1.创设氛围

(一) Warm up.

(1)Greeting.

与can有关的儿童英文歌曲。Hello,can you sing a song? Do you like to sing a song? Ok, let’s sing together.

From this song, which word can you hear?

(2) I’m your new teacher. I want to know you. Answer my questions: Review the phrases: listen to music, run fast, jump high, play football? 师生用I can\ can’t? Can you??进行问答。

2.预习交流

(1)Look some pictures about the 30th Olpmic Games,通过孙杨、刘翔、姚明、张继科来复习学过的短语,如swim、run fast等。

(2)拿出教具足球,并提问学生Can you play football ?

S:Yes,I can.

T:Can you play football well?

S;Yes,I can .

T:Fantastic ,you can play football well ,but I can’t play football.i

play football badly.

学习well、badly,并练习短语sing/dance/play football well/badly.

(3)展示足球队的图片,学习football team。组建一支足球队,足球队员需要run fast and jump high.

T:Can you run fast?

S1:Yes,I can.

T:Can you run fast ?

S2: Yes,I can.

T:Really? Let us have a match.

比赛过后

T:Fantastic ,(says to the winner) you can jump really high .

3.合作展示

(1)课件展示姚明图片,教师指屏幕说:

Yao Ming can play basketball well.

He is good at basketball .

He can jump really high.(每一句配一个图片)

(2)运用词汇really和be good at:

? is really clever/cute/beautiful/…

I’m good at English. What are you good at?引导学生回答I’m good at ?.

(3) Now he is in NBA team.课件展示我校足球队、篮球队、舞蹈队、小提琴队,让学生进一步理解team.

运用team:Do you want to be in our football team/ violin team/ basketball team?学生回答:Yes,I do./I want to be in? team.

(4)教师:Some of you want to be in football team, you must catch the ball well.教师拿球示范接球并说:catch,课件展示姚明接球的图片,让学生进一步理解catch.

(5)T:Now we have got a football team,Lingling wants to play football.Is she a fantastic goalkeeper?Listen the tape and answer the questions. Can lingling run fast?

Can lingling control the ball?

Can lingling jump high? Can lingling catch the ball well?

①回答问题

②自由读课文,再齐读、分组读、分角色朗读。

4.达标检测

(1)单项选择。

(1)每组由一位采访其他同学:Can you catch the ball/ control the ball/ jump high/

run fast?其他回答:I can catch the ball /??well.采访人员就可以在表格里作记录。若不会就可以回答:I can catch the ball /?badly. Can就用对号表示; can’t就用错号表示然后由代表向全班汇报组员体育活动能力情况。如以下表格:

(2)描述三种你擅长的运动和三种不擅长的运动

第二课时

Unit 2 I can do it very well.

一、教学目标:

1、能了解字母p, pp, b, t, d在单词中常见的读音/p/ /b/ /t/ /d/。

2、能朗诵诗歌How well do you play?

3、能准确理解并熟练地运用“I/ He/ She/ You can?well/ badly: Can you?? Yes, I can / No, I can’t do? at all.

二、教学重难点:

句子练习和口语表达:

How well do you play football?

I can do 6 very well.

I sing very badly.

三、课前准备

1、教师准备本课时所需的单词卡。

2、教师准备录音机和录音带。

3、教师准备本单元的挂图。

四、教学过程:

1.创设氛围

(1)热身复习

教师说动作名称,学生重复并做相应动作。

示例:

run junp ride swim read

cook draw eat write row

draw a picture wash clothes play the flute

play football make a cake jump high

run fast write a letter play the violin

row a boat read fast draw a dragon

ride a bike cook noodles repair a chair

make tea fly a kite take a picture

学生从fast,high,well,badly中选择喜欢的造一个句子。

2.预习交流

(1)听教师口令做动作,如swim, fly a kite, ride a bide, run fast, jump

far,jump high等。

(2)让学生对以上动作进行评价:

I can ??(very) well.

I can ??(very) badly.

I can’t ??at all.

(3)把本活动中的图用课件展示在大屏幕上,标出序号。表述自己能做和不能

做的事并同时做动作。

示例:

I can do 1. I can’t do 2 at all. I can do 6 very well. What about you?

请几个学生回答后,学生两人一组,在两分钟内一边说一边做动作。

(4)用电脑课件或图片加简笔画为背景搞活动,学生假设自己是动物学校的成

员。学校要选一名有特长的来当形象大使,很多学生来竞选。

示例:

第一幅图 M King 孙悟空

根据M King的特点进行猜测他会怎样说。学生可以发挥想象力来表现:I can run

fast. I can jump high. I can help you. I can fly.等。教师可以用一些令人意外的描述来增加游戏的挑战性和趣味性。比如就第一幅图的M King说I can play the flute.

第二幅图 Kitty Cat

学生根据Kitty Cat(日本的一只可爱的卡通猫)的特点进行猜测她会怎样说。答案可以是I can speak Japanese.

第三幅图 Snoopy Dog

学生可以说 I can ride fast.

如果教师使用电脑,可以露出局部进行提示。比如第三幅图,可以露出骑车的脚、自行车把等进行提示。

3.合作展示

(1)全班一起完成AB Unit3练习3

教师说M King,Kitty and Snoopy can do lots of things.What can you do?What can you do well?And what you can’t do well?Tell four things you can do well.And tell four things you can’t do well.Please open your activity book and write then down.

教师说Now compare with your partner.

示例:

A: I can read English very well.

B: I can count very well.

教师让小组评出一个最好的:Share in your groups this time.Then show me the best one in your group.这个过程也是孩子们对自己和他人评价的过程。教师给每组推荐的同学奖励。

(2)全班一起完成SB Unit 3 活动 2

学生看书上的图片,黙读韵诗。放第一遍录音,学生听。放第二遍录音,在每行结尾处停顿,学生重复。确定学生能明白韵诗的意思。

全班分成两个部分。一部分说单数句,另一部分说偶数句。然后互换角色,边说边拍手。

4.达标检测

SB Unit 2 练习 2

教师在黑板上的六幅图后面加上第七幅:She sells seashells at the seashore.并且说I can say it very well.教师说绕口令,学生模仿。让学生单独说绕口令,其他学生用本单元学过的句子进行评价。

示例:

She can say it very well. He can say it well.

教师也可以参与,并适时鼓励学生You’ve made great progress.

5.总结拓展

(1)下一节课要开一个English Party。本节课要选拔选手。根据班级的人数,把全班学生分成十人左右一组。每组发一张表格。

(2)要求每个组每一项都要出一个节目,并填好节目单。教师在学生活动时要在各组间走动,鼓励学生用英语进行交流。

示例:

S2: Sorry,I sing very badly. But I can say a chant. [Student’s name] can sing well.
