一、教学内容:Part A

二、教学对象分析:本课所授对象是五年级学生,此年龄段的学生天真活泼,好奇心强,有极强的模仿能力和求知欲望。教师应紧紧抓住学生的这些特点,因势利导,循循善诱,使其在教师营造的浓厚的英语环境中大胆地学习和使用英语。

三、教学目标:

1. 掌握单词、词组morning, home, ring, help, maths, housework, sweep, floor, homework, at home, help … with, see you.

2. 能听懂、会说、会读日常交际用语The telephone is ringing. Hello. Is that …? How about …? Can you come and help me with my Maths? See you this afternoon.

四、重点难点:初步了解掌握句型What are you doing? I’m ____ing.

掌握电话用语Hello. Is that …?

教学过程

Step 1、Free talk and revision

T: Hello, boys and girls. Nice to meet you.

T: Well, let’s begin our English lesson, OK?

T: First, let’s play an interesting guessing game. 首先,让我们一起来热热身,做一个有趣的游戏。在这个游戏中,请你仔细看我正在做什么动作,猜一猜这些动作是什么?Are you ready? Go!

T: The first one: (做唱歌状) What am I doing?

T: Yes! ‘Sing! ’ I’m singing.

Please look carefully.请仔细看。

sing I’m singing. 我正在唱歌。

T: 怎么样?你猜对了吗?Now try again: (做跳舞状) What am I doing?

T: Right! ‘Dance!’ I’m dancing.

Good! Now you can play this game in pairs. 现在,你也可以和同桌一起来做一做这个游戏:说说,演演。请记住要用的句子是:What are you doing? I’m ____ing. T: 让我们先来看看这两位同学是如何表演的吧。

Step 2、Presentation

1. T: Well, boys and girls, do you like this game? Now, let’s meet two friends. Who are they? Look!

T: Yes, they are Su Hai and Su Yang. What day is it today?

T: Yes, it’s Sunday. So Su Hai and Su Yang are at home.

(电话铃声突然响起)

T: Oh, listen! The telephone is ringing.

点出,带读ring,句子)

T: Who’s calling? 谁打电话来了呢?Let’s watch the cartoon together and find out the answer.

T: Now, can you answer my question: Who’s calling? 是谁打来电话呢?

2. T: Yes, she’s Nancy. (PPT点出)

T: What is Su Hai doing and what is Su Yang doing? 苏海和苏阳在做什么呢?Let’s watch the cartoon again.

3. T: Boys and girls, what are Su Hai and Su Yang doing? 你知道了吗?

点出,带读,教)

5. T: Now please read the text by yourselves. 现在请你们自己来读一读课文吧!你可以和同桌分角色朗读,注意本课的单词词组和我们新学的句子哦!

(本部分教师先引出苏海苏阳两位老朋友,学习词组do housework, sweep the floor, clean the window;然后利用电话铃响引发悬念:谁打来电话?为何要打电话来?自然进入课文学习。通过两次观看video,先后对谁打来电话及为何要打电话来进行由浅入深地学习,紧扣本课新句型帮助学生理解课文,并对简单的电话用语作了一下说明。)

Step 3、Consolidation

T: OK, known Nancy is doing her Maths homework. She is calling Su Hai for help. 我们知道南希正在做数学回家作业,她打电话向苏海寻求帮助。Now, suppose you are doing your homework, too. 假设你现在也正在做某项回家作业,突然遇到问题了,你能像Nancy一样打个电话向好友求助吗?Let’s make a similar dialogue. You can use these sentences. (T带读句子,讲解中文)

Hello. Is that …?

Are you free now?

教学反思

在本节课的开头通过游戏分散了课文的重点难点,以旧单词带新句型,帮助学生学习了现在进行时的基本表达What are you doing? I’m ____ing. 减轻了后面的课文学习负担。利用游戏,竞赛和小组活动的方法使学生主动的参与到学习环境中来,让学生们在在开心愉快的情景中巩固并掌握了新句型,并且通过活动复习了以前学过的单词。更利用了比赛的形式调动学生的积极性。游戏既能使学生轻松,又能使其消化本堂课所学内容,游戏从视觉、听觉等多方面加深了学生对所学单词的记忆,同时也赋予了英语一定的趣味性。

在课文学习的过程中,通过前后两次观看video,加强视觉冲击,引发学习兴趣,先整体把握,再逐层深入。对于具有交际功能的电话用语,从课文的学习迁移至日常的应用,进一步训练学生的日常英语会话能力。通过各种练习手段反复的对新知识进行强调,加强学生对新知识的掌握和巩固。
