本次教学,从专有名词入手。让孩子意识到,如果某个人、或者某个动物,或者某件东西,被起了名字的话,那么,这个专门起的名字,就叫“专有名词(Proper Nouns)”。

妈妈可以对孩子说说下面的口诀:

这位老师的名字叫王刚。老师是“普通名词”,王刚是“专有名词”。

这只喵咪的名字叫阿白。猫咪是“普通名词”,阿白是“专有名词”。

这个国家的名字叫印度。国家是“普通名词”,印度是“专有名词”。

妈妈要提醒孩子,英文字母,有时候需要大写,有时候需要小写。一个句子里面,只要出现“专有名词”,那么第一个字母,永远是大写。

妈妈可以写出下面这句话:

The computer is made in China. (这部电脑是中国制造。)

妈妈用荧光笔,划出“普通名词 computer(电脑)”和“专有名词 China(中国)”,提醒孩子“China(中国)”的“第一个字母 C ”要大写。

开始练习喽!

一、让孩子拿一根荧光笔。 四、下面的短文介绍《我的一家》,让孩子把短文里的“专有名词”划上荧光笔。

二、让孩子读读下面 5 句话,遇到“专有名词”,就划上荧光笔。 并让孩子把短文里的“普通名词”,单独写在旁边。

一、让孩子拿一根荧光笔。

一种是“单数形式(singular forms)”拼写,另一种是“复数形式(plural forms)”拼写。

二、让孩子读读下面 10 个词组,并用荧光笔,标出名词拼写的变化。

妈妈可以对孩子说说下面的口诀:

一只猫咪,是 a cat,要是不止一只猫咪,那就是 cats

三、让孩子阅读下面 5 个句子,并把括号内的词语,填入横线。

誊抄完毕,让孩子把句子里的名词复数,全部划上荧光笔。

本次教学,从代词入手。让孩子意识到,代替名词的词,就叫“代词

(PRONOUNS)”。

妈妈可以带孩子读读下面的语法口诀:

名词在前,代词跟在后面。代词,代替前面的名词。

Susan knows Jack. She likes him very much.

苏珊认识杰克。她非常喜欢他。

Jane and Mary go to the same school. They are good friends.

珍妮和玛丽在同一所学校上学。她们是好朋友。

I am David. My parents love me very much.

我叫戴维。我爸妈很爱我。 ③ The doctor told the patient,“(You / He)must stop smoking.” (patient:病人)

你的名字叫什么? What is your name? (Who / What / Which)wakes you up every morning?

你生日是在哪一天? When is your birthday? (Who / What / Which)is time?

你今天感觉怎么样? How do you feel today? ③ 你想知道谁在门口,该怎么问呢?

你今天为什么高兴? Why are you so happy today? (Who / What / Which)is at the door?

妈妈可以摆出两根长短不一的铅笔,问孩子: ④ 你想知道谁正在厨房做饭,该怎么问呢?

哪一根铅笔长? Which of the two pencils is longer? (Who / What / Which)is cooking in the kitchen?

妈妈可以像上面那样,把提问都写下来,并用荧光笔,划出句子开头的“疑问词”,

帮助孩子明白一点:“疑问词(QUESTION WORDS)”用在句子开头,如果想

问各种问题的话,先要学会使用各种“疑问词”。 ⑤ 有三个苹果,你先问妈妈想吃哪一个,你该怎么问呢? (Who / What / Which)of the three apples do you like?

开始练习喽! ⑥ 想知道书包在什么地方,你该怎么问呢?

本次教学,从形容词入手。让孩子意识到,“形容词(ADJECTIVES)”的作用,

是为了让人“更好地想象”。 I do not like sour apples. 我不喜欢酸酸的苹果。把“酸酸的”划上荧光笔。

They are pupils. 他们是小学生。什么样的小学生呢?

They are naughty pupils. 他们是淘气的小学生。把“淘气的”划上荧光笔。

孩子一边听妈妈念,一边用荧光笔,划出英语“形容词”。孩子会感觉到:“形容

词(ADJECTIVES)”让名词“更加具体、更加生动”。 妈妈可以对孩子说:你看看下面两句话,把不一样的单词涂上颜色。 He is a boy. He is a fat boy.

等孩子把 fat 涂上荧光笔,妈妈说:你看第一个句子,只是说“他是一个男孩”,

咱们很难想象男孩的样子;而第二句说“他是胖胖的男孩”,我们一下子就想象

出男孩的样子了。荧光笔单词 fat 用来形容男孩的样子,我们就把荧光笔单词,开始练习喽!

A snail moves slowly.

等孩子把 slowly 涂上荧光笔,妈妈说:你看第一个句子,只是说“蜗牛爬”,但是没告诉我们蜗牛怎么样在爬;而第二句说“蜗牛慢慢爬”,我们一下子就能想象蜗牛慢慢腾腾爬行的样子。荧光笔单词 slowly 用来告诉我们一个动作是怎样的,我们就把荧光笔单词,叫作“副词”。

一、让孩子拿着荧光笔。 开始练习喽! 荧光笔。 孩子一边听妈妈念,一边用荧光笔,划出英语“副词”。孩子会感觉到:“副词(ADJECTIVES)”让动词“更加具体、更加生动”。 接下来,孩子拿着荧光笔,听妈妈念下列四组口诀:
