预习提纲(学案):

预习内容:Unit 5 P53 B Read and write P54 Let’s

check

预习要求:

1.阅读P53教材对话,将对话中读到的有关图片打上√(Tick the pictures you read about in the talk).

2.听录音3遍,跟读对话,试着翻译以下对话内容。

Would you like some noodles,too?Yes,thank you.

Can I have a knife and fork,please?

Yes,John,but try chopsticks for noodles.

3、结合教材图片,选择合适单词填写在四线三格上。

教学过程:

一、热身(Warm-up)

1. 复习Let’s do

听录音,听一听,做一做,说一说,演一演。

2.看一看,猜一猜,说一说:

教师出示食物图片,学生猜一猜单词,然后组句子,读一读。

3.看一看,做一做:

教师出示大卡片,学生出示小卡片,看一看,找出卡片,大声读出来。

二、新课呈现与操练 (Presentation and practice)

Read and tick

1.教师呈现John傍晚在家的图片,说:Look!John is at home.It’s

time for dinner.What would he like for dinner?Can you guess?学生猜测食物,教师分类板书单词,并补充完整所有已学的食物类单词。

2.教师拿出食物图片,请学生把图片贴在相应的单词旁边,可以添加salad,Coke,sandwich等西式食物。

3.学生朗读板书内容,并借助图片阅读对话,找到John晚餐想吃的食物:beef and noodles和使用的餐具:chopsticks.完成Tick the pictures you read about in the talk.

4.理解和操练对话中第三幅图片的对话。教师说:We usually use chopsticks for noodles.But John wants to use a knife and fork for noodles .What does his mum say to him?引导学生有感情地读出妈妈的话:Yes,John,but try chopsticks for noodles.

5.教师引导学生用rice和soup替换noodles进行对话。示例如下:Mum,can I have a knife and fork?----Yes,John,but try chopsticks for rice\soup.

6.教师播放对话录音,学生跟读模仿准确的停顿和语调,体会人物情感。然后学生两人结对练习,请几组同学上台表演。

Look,choose and write

1.教师引导学生观察教材中汤的图片并提问:What’s in the soup?学生先看图口头回答,再选择单词填在相应的横线上,教师板书:beef,vegetables,noodles.同桌互相校对,注意容易出现的书写问题。

2.学生完成教材中个性化书写活动。Suppose it’s 6:30 in the eveing.It’s dinner time .What would you like for dinner?学生根据自己的实际情况进行口头表达(提供参考词汇),再独立书写自己晚餐的食物,小组间相互交流校对。

三、扩展延伸(Consolidation and extension)

1.Listen and tick

请学生逐一看图,用英语说一说图片上的食物,然后播放录音。学生听录音,把对话中包含的单词图片选出来、打勾。然后校对答案,再次播放录音材料,请同学复述出来。

2.Look and match.

教师指着图片说:Look!Dinner is ready.What’s for dinner?What can we use?Please read and match.

学生独立阅读10个单词,然后把序号填在相应图片上下的圆圈内,组织学生校对答案。

四、总结(Sum-up)
