一、教材分析

本课是PEP小学英语第三册第三单元A部分的第一课,主要学习描述人的体貌特征的形容词。主要是让学生通过本课时的学习,来为整个单元的学习奠定一定的语言基础。课文对话通过谈论自己的朋友而进行展开,学生通过该部分的学习,要能够描述自己朋友的外貌特征,能够认读有关的词汇。

二、教学目标

1.知识目标:

(1)能听说认读单词long hair、short hair、brown shoes ,blue glasses,a green bag.等单词和词组。

(2)能够运用上述短语描述人物的外形特征及衣着打扮。

(3)能够理解不同的句型能够表达相同的意思。

2.语言技能目标:

(1)能够用适当的一些形容词描述自己的朋友。

(2)能够用不同的句型表达相同的意思。

3.情感态度目标:

(1)能够积极参与游戏中,激发学生的学习兴趣和学习热情。

(2)能在学习过程中友好协作,关注自己的朋友,学会朋友间要互相帮助。

(3)能在学会语言知识的基础上,学会关爱爱护动物朋友。

三、教学重难点:

教学重点:(1)句型:My friend has blue glasses. His glasses are blue?

(2)词汇:blue glasses、long hair、short hair、brown shoes, a green bag. 教学难点: My friend has blue glasses. His glasses are blue.

四、教学过程

Step 1:Warm-up

1.sing a song .

2.greeting.

3.Let’s do (PEP 2 Unit6)

Tall, tall, tall, make yourself tall.

Short, short, short, make yourself short.

Big, big, big, make your eyes big.

Small, small, small, make your eyes small.

Long, long, long, make your arms long.

Short, short, short, make your arms short. 课前的热身,利用欢快的节奏活跃了课堂气氛,同时通过此环节很好地复习了一些形容词汇。

Step 2 Presentation

(1)T: Well done, Boys and girls. You do the good job. So I have some presents for you. T shows two pencils.

T: Long pencil. Short pencil.

Ss read after T.

Give the long pencil to a student.

T: I have a short pencil. He has a long pencil.

(指向自己的头发) Long hair. I have long hair.

(指向别人短发) Short hair. He has short hair.

Ss repeat after T.

通过重读I 和He让学生注意到 “have, has”用法的不同,

以及hair 不可加a和s。 运用具体的实物和形象的动作,从旧知识自然过渡到新课的学习.同时给予了学生真实的情景去说,提高了学生的积极性。

(2) Now ,I will describle a people ,please guess : Who is he ?\who is she/(描述光头强,进一步熟悉He has 的句型。光头强是学生们非常喜欢的,生动的卡通形象便于学生理解和学习。同时,学生也乐于运用英语去和卡通人物交朋友。

(3) ①T: Today, I am very happy, because I am going to introduce some of my friends to you. Do you know my friends?

T shows a picture of my friend.

T: This is my friend . she has black glasses,(板书,学生跟读)

T:we can also say her glasses are black.

Read after me

②she has white shoes,(板书,跟读)=her shoes are white.

T: Please pay attention to the pronunciation.glasses,shoes

(4)Game 1:Quick Reaction

T reads the word without sound. The students pay attention to the teacher’s mouth and guess which word the T wants to read. Who spells the correct word first wins the game.

(针对学生爱竞争,好表现的特点,设置该游戏即可以吸引他们的注意力,又可以训练他们对单词的拼读能力。)

Step 3 ①Mike has a friend too.who is his friend?(open your books,answer the question)

②Repeat after the tape

③repeat after the teacher.

Step 4 Extension

1. play a game ; a change of face

Teacher give students a body ,students chang her face.

2.guess

T: My friend has big ears and long nose. Who is he?

Ss: He is an elephant.

(My friend has big eyes and long tail. Who is he?

Ss: He is a monkey.

T: Animals are our friends too. We must love the animals.

在学生学会用英语表达任务的外形基础上,让学生学会对身边的动物进行描述,并教育他们动物是人类的好朋友,我们应该保护它们。

Step 5

Homework

1. Talk about your friend, family and your favourite animal.

2. Describe your friend, family and your favourite animal. And write it down.

3. 收集一些有关朋友的英语习语。

4. 上网查阅一下不同地区和国家人的长相有哪些不同?

介绍几个相关的学习网站:

让学生根据自己的实际能力和喜爱选择自己所感兴趣的作业内容。培养了他们的获取知识和处理信息的能力,体现了他们的学习主体性。
