1. Get the students to master the following words and sentences: noodles, rice, meat, sweets, I don’t like …

2. Get the students to use the sentence patterns to express dislikeable things.

3. Through activities, the teacher should cultivate the students’ spirit of competition and cooperation.

Ability Aim: The students can talk about food preferences in their daily life.

Encourage the Ss to set real scenes to talk about food preferences

Step 1. Warming-up:

(1). Organization

1. Sing the song: We like swimming.

2. Greetings.

T: How are you?

S: I’m fine, how are you?

T: I’m very happy. Today I’ve got a baby. (Courseware shows the 3

photo of baby.) She is 4. Her mother is not here. Let’s look after her. Now let’s make a competition in groups.

S: Group 1, group 2, go go go!

Step 2. Presentation

T: Now, she is crying, why?

S: …

T: Maybe you are right. Look, there are so many things for baby.(Show the pictures of noodles, rice, meat, sweets together.)

1. Learn the new word: noodles and rice.

Take out the card of noodles, read. Pay attention to /l/.

Write the word on Bb.

Read the word one by one.

T: What color? S: Yellow.

Chant: Noodles, noodles, yellow noodles.

Guess the riddle.

T: look, Another one. Guess, please.

It’s white and small. We eat it every day.

Read with the action. Pay attention to the pronunciation of /r/ and /ai/.

T: What’s this?

Do you like rice?

Chant: Noodles and rice, are very very nice. Mmm, mmm, mmm, 4

very very nice. Practice the chant in a game: boys and girls.

2. Learn the new word: meat and sweets.

T: Mmm, I think they are very nice. How about meat?

Read.

T: Let’s smell it! /m/, /m/, /mi:t/.

Read the word individually. Together!

T: Do you like meat?

I’m fat. So I don’t like meat.

Play a game: high to low voice.

T: You are very good. Sweets for you.(stick sweets for groups on the Bb.)Do you know what are they? (出示一个用卡纸做的大糖粒中间写有单词)They are sweets!

Read the word individually and together.

Big and small voice.

Play a game: Clap and jump!

T: What? Sweets! What? Meat! Let’s play the game- Clap and jump!

[用“闻”的动作使学生在无意注意中掌握了/m/的发音,自然且具有一定的趣味性。看似简单的对话“Do you like meat?” “I’m fat. So I don’t like meat.”却是本课的新句型教学的巧妙铺垫。]

3. Learn the new sentence.

T: Now, we have 4 things for baby. They are –

Ss: Noodles, rice, meat and sweets.

T: Let’s take them to baby, ok?

Sh--. Baby, baby, noodles for you.

课件中传出baby的哭声中说“I don’t like noodles.”

T: What does she say? Listen again. Who can repeat?

Show the paper has been written the sentence “I don’t like …” Say and do the actions : Don’t, don’t, I don’t like noodles. Read “I don’t like noodles” group by group.

T: How about rice?

T: Baby, baby -

T & Ss: Rice for you.

The baby is crying yet. And she says: I don’t like rice.

Read the sentences row by row.

T: Don’t worry, here is some meat.

T & Ss: Baby, baby meat for you.

Read the sentence “I don’t like meat.”.

Act it out individually.

T: I think maybe she likes sweets.

T & Ss: Baby, baby ,sweets for you.

课件中的baby破泣为笑。

T: Hahaha, she likes sweets! She is very happy now!

Step 3.Practise

Tick and cross.

T: Boys and girls, you did a good job. Baby’s mother want to take some presents to you and thank for us. But she don’t know what you like and what you don’t like. Please tick and cross on the paper.

The teacher demonstrate like that: I like … I don’t like… What about you? S1: I like … I don’t like …

T: Talk about your answer with your friends.

Show the dialogue in front of the classroom.

Step 4. Intercommunication.

T: Baby’s mother came back now. She invited us to her home.

Now let’s go! Oh, there are 56 students in our class. Her mother will be too busy. We can help her like this.

1. The teacher act the owner treat 4 or 5 students. “A ping-pong for you.”

S1: Thank you. I like ping-pong.

T: **, a ruler for you.

S2: Thank you. I like ruler.

2. Ask a student to be the owner, the teacher is one of the guests.

S3: Miss Dong, a *** for you.

T: I don’t like ***.

S3: A *** for you.

T: I don’t like ***.

… T: Thank you. I like …

3. The party begins.

Give a basket to each group leader. There are so much balls , fruits, stationeries and toys in it. The group leaders are the owners, and treat the guests in groups.

Step 5. The end

1. Sum up the sweets that the groups have got.

T: All of you did a good job. The big sweet for you.

2. Sing the song.

T: Class will be over. Let’s sing! We like swimming…

教学反思

本课上的是新标准(一年级起始)第一册第二模块第一单元的内容。课时类型为新授课,学习的知识目标为识别单词noodles、rice、meat、sweets,要求掌握的句型是I don’t like…。教师在教学过程中通过创设情景Sunny Children的评比,综合运用所学语言进行交流,培养学生在实际生活中的综合运用语言的交际能力和对语言的应变能力。

在学生已经学习过I like…的句型,本课的教学重点放在了学会运用I don’t like…的句型来描述自己不喜欢的食物。进行了I like旧知句型复习运动和动物的单词,在学生们学习兴趣被激发后,用对比的方式引出了新句型I don’t like…。在这一个步骤里,运用已学过的单词教授新的句型,例如I don’t like snake.

由于前面将句型进行了扎实的操练,在学习新单词时学生们就非常轻松的上手了。为了丰富教学方式、保持低年级学生的学习兴趣,教师运用为新单词创编儿歌如Noodles,noodles是面条,面条,noodles长又长为例子,其他三个新单词,把课堂还给学生,让学生开动脑筋自己创作。最后,在掌握所有新授内容后,让学生根据自身真实情况用I like…,I don’t like自由回答。

整节课教师基本是用英语进行教授。结合低年级学生学习的特点,教师运用了许多的肢体语言帮助学生理解,并且用幻灯展示、糖果奖励、小组合作等形式提高学生学习的兴趣。另外,在语言的使用上也尽量简洁,让孩子们在课堂上真正做到听得懂、说得出。在教学 9

目标的完成上做得比较到位。但是本节课还是存在许多的不足之处。例如在教学环节上过度显得不够清晰,课件做得还不够精美,在旧知的操练上也显得时间过长,导致最后学生根据自身真实情况用I like…,I don’t like自由回答没有得到充分的展示。
