It means we shouldn’t smoke here. It means we shouldn’t park here. It means we shouldn’t litter here. should, must, can, may 以 及它们的否定 It means we shouldn’t eat or drink here. 形式后面接动 词原形。 It means we shouldn’t touch it.

第五单元是围绕the National Day holiday这一 话题,主要询问过去发生的事情,使用的句型: I/We … What did you do…?回答: 特别要注意在“一般过去

时”的句式中,动词要用 过去式。 助动词用did。见到助动词动词用原形。
1. Did you taste (taste)oranges last weekend? 2. Where did you go (go)last May Day? I went (go)to Beijing. 3. I didn’t (not) eat (eat)moon cakes yesterday.

动词的过去式形式
(一)规则动词的过去式词尾变化有几种: 1. 一般情况下加ed, 如wateched, planted, watered, climbed. 2. 以不发音的字母e结尾的加d, 如liked, tasted, danced. 3. 以辅音字母+y结尾的变y为i再加ed, 如study—studied, cry—cried. (二)不规则动词的过去式变化则没有什么规律。例如: is/am—was, are—were, do—did, have/has—had, make—made, go—went, fly—flew, eat—ate, read—read,sit—sat, get—got, see—saw 等等。 (三)动词过去式ed读音 1. 在清辅音后读[t], 如liked, watched, washed, danced, helped.

2. 在浊辅音和元音后读[d],如lived, listened, pulled, watered, played.
3. 在[t], [d] 音后读[id], 如visited, tasted, collected.
